Bio
I am a life-long resident of Suck Creek Mountain. I attended Crossroads Elementary School and Whitwell High School, class of 1994 (Go Tigers!). I received my Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Learning with Teacher Licensure from Maryville College. I also have a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University. I have been teaching for 22 years and have taught every grade first through eighth. This is my third year at WMS and I am SO happy to be here! I have 3 kids and 2 grandbabies! My son is a Jr. at WHS. My youngest is in 5th grade at WMS. My step-daughter and her two gorgeous babies live in Louisiana, where my husband is originally from. My family and I enjoy spending time together, watching TN or LSU football, camping, or just hanging out.
